Some stores fit a template. Trust Agent did not. It is a marketplace for AI agents where every listing carries a trust score earned through a structured security review, buyers range from individuals to enterprises, and access is sold through tiered subscriptions. That combination rules out a stock storefront — it needed a platform built around its own rules.
The challenge
Three problems had to be solved at once. First, a catalog that treats a trust score as a first-class attribute, not a tag bolted on after the fact. Second, enterprise workspaces, so a team can operate together rather than as scattered individual accounts. Third, tiered subscriptions that gate what each tier can see and do. Off-the-shelf marketplace software handles none of these cleanly.
The approach
We ran discovery in week one and set a fixed launch date the same week — the way every Platform Direct build works. From there the scope was locked: a custom catalog model, the workspace and permission layer, the subscription tiers, and the trust-score presentation that makes the whole proposition legible at a glance.
What we built
A custom marketplace with a catalog designed around verified agents and their trust scores, the output of a 70-point security review surfaced directly on each listing. Enterprise workspaces let organisations manage their people and usage in one place. Tiered subscriptions handle billing and entitlement. The result is a platform that presents a complex trust proposition simply, and runs it end to end.
The outcome
Trust Agent went live at trust-agent.ai on the date set in week one, built start to finish in three weeks. Every credential, the code, and the infrastructure were handed over at launch — Trust Agent owns the platform outright, with no retainer and no license back to us.
In the client’s words
We came to Platform Direct with a marketplace that did not fit any template: a catalog of AI agents, each carrying a trust score earned through a real security review, enterprise workspaces for teams, and tiered subscriptions gating what every plan can do. Most teams we spoke to quoted months of work and a stack we would never fully own.
Platform Direct ran discovery in the first week and committed to a delivery date on the spot, then held it. Three weeks later we had the finished platform live, with the trust scoring, workspaces, and billing working exactly the way we had imagined them.
What sealed it was the handover. Every credential, the code, and the infrastructure were ours on day one, with no retainer and no licence back to them. We own Trust Agent outright. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone who needs a serious platform built fast and handed over clean.
