1. Information you give us

When you contact us, sign up, or use your client portal we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, company, and the contents of your messages and project comments. Account passwords are stored only as a salted hash, never in plain text.

If you choose to store an API key or credential in the portal so we can do your work, it is encrypted at rest and only our team can decrypt it. We always prefer that you grant access by inviting our account rather than sharing a secret.

2. Information collected automatically

We collect basic technical information needed to run the site and keep it secure, such as your IP address and browser type, and a single essential session cookie when you are signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

To show prices in your local currency, your IP address is used to estimate your country through a reputable IP geolocation service. This is an estimate only; you can change the displayed currency manually at any time, and all projects are quoted and billed in USD.

3. Access you grant us

During an engagement you may grant us access to your own accounts (for example GitHub, Shopify, hosting, or analytics). We use that access only to perform the agreed work and do not use it for any other purpose.

4. How we use information

We use your information to provide and improve our services, to communicate with you about your project, to prepare and manage agreements and invoices, and to keep the platform secure. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate, such as hosting and email delivery, and only to the extent needed. We may disclose information where required by law. We never sell or rent your data.

6. Data security

We protect data in transit with TLS and protect stored credentials with strong encryption. Passwords are hashed, sessions use secure cookies, and access is limited on a need-to-know basis. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

7. Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. You can ask us to delete information that we are no longer required to keep.

8. Your rights
