- How long does it really take?
- Most stores go live in about a week. Very large catalogs or custom integrations can take two to three weeks. You get a firm timeline before we start, not a guess.
- Is there any downtime?
- No. We build the new store in parallel while your current channel keeps selling, then switch the domain over only at the very end once you have approved everything.
- Do I have to keep paying you?
