We build owned platforms for other people fast. It would be strange to take weeks building our own. Platform Direct — the site you are reading and the portal behind it — was designed and built start to finish in three days, and it runs the business day to day.
The challenge
This had to be two things at once: a marketing site that explains the offer and converts, and a working client portal that runs real engagements. Not a brochure with a login button — an actual operational tool, built in the same compressed window we promise clients.
The approach
The same process we sell. Scope fixed up front, a delivery date set at the start, and a build that ships the whole thing rather than a slice. Three days, start to finish.
What we built
The public site covers the service, process, pricing, and worked examples. Behind a login sits the client portal: online agreements clients can read and sign, asset uploads so a project's logos and files live in one place, and a daily request loop where clients post what they need and track it. It is built on React and Vite on the front end with a Node API and Postgres behind it — the same kind of owned, no-lock-in stack we hand to clients.
The outcome
Platform Direct went live in three days and has run every engagement since. It is the most honest case study we have: the proof that the timeline is real is that we held ourselves to it.
